We look after common property on a fixed schedule: lawns, edges, hedges, entry gardens and bins areas, so the complex looks the same on every inspection and the committee stops fielding complaints.

We hold $20 million public liability insurance. We can send a certificate of currency with the quote or on request.
Do you supply SWMS and complete site inductions?
Yes. We supply Safe Work Method Statements for the work in scope and complete your site or builder inductions before starting.
Can you work to purchase orders and account terms?
Yes. We invoice against your purchase order on 30-day account terms. We are GST registered and our ABN is 92 697 136 048.
How do you price strata and commercial grounds maintenance?
After a site walk we quote either a fixed price per visit or a schedule of rates, broken down by area and frequency. Extra work outside the agreed scope is quoted as a variation before it is done.

Do you handle soft landscaping for builder handovers?
Yes. We supply and lay turf, prepare and plant garden beds, spread mulch and clean up ahead of practical completion, sequenced around your program.
Can you work outside business hours?
Our standard hours are Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm and Saturday 8am to 2pm. Early starts or Saturday visits can be arranged for sites where weekday access is difficult.
How do we know the work was done?
We can take before and after photos on visits and share them with your property or facility manager.
Do you take away green waste?
Yes. Clippings and garden waste are removed from site rather than left in the complex or building bins.
Can you quote for a tender or council RFQ?
Yes. Send the RFQ or tender schedule and we will price it line by line and supply insurance, SWMS and ABN details for supplier registration.
