How do you handle green waste?

We take all green waste with us as part of our service. Your yard will be left spotless, with no clippings or debris left on the kerb or in your bins.

What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?

If the weather makes it impossible to complete your service safely or to our quality standards, we'll contact you to reschedule for the earliest possible opening, usually within 24-48 hours.

Do I need to be home when you visit?

Not at all. As long as we have access to your yard, we can complete the work while you're out. We'll send you a confirmation when the job is done.

Can my lawn mowing and garden care be funded through DVA?

Yes. We are a DVA-approved provider through HomeFront and deliver DVA Household Services and Veterans' Home Care (VHC) for Gold and White Card holders. We invoice DVA directly through the HomeFront portal, so there is zero paperwork on your end. Call us to confirm your approved plan covers the work.
